Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes, including learning about our services, contacting us, and requesting an estimate.
You may not:
Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
Use the website to distribute harmful software or unsolicited messages
Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission
Use the website in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others
We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Estimates and Quote Requests
Submitting a quote or contact form does not create a service contract or require PEAX Sprinkler Repair to accept a project.
Any pricing provided through the website, by phone, by email, or during an initial conversation is an estimate unless expressly identified as a fixed price in writing.
Final pricing may change based on factors including:
The condition of the sprinkler or irrigation system
Hidden leaks or damaged underground components
Accessibility of the work area
Parts and materials required
Additional problems discovered after work begins
Changes requested by the customer
Conditions that could not reasonably be identified during the initial inspection
When practical, we will inform the customer before performing substantial work beyond the originally discussed scope.
Scheduling and Access
Service dates and arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, emergencies, equipment availability, previous appointments, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for:
Providing accurate contact and service-location information
Ensuring that an adult authorized to approve work is available when required
Providing safe and reasonable access to the property and irrigation system
Identifying known underground utilities, private lines, invisible fences, drainage systems, or other concealed property features
Securing pets and removing obstacles from the work area
Obtaining any required property-owner, landlord, homeowners’ association, or other third-party approval
Delays caused by inaccessible equipment, locked areas, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
PEAX Sprinkler Repair may charge a cancellation, trip, or diagnostic fee when an appointment is canceled without adequate notice, when no authorized person is available, or when reasonable access to the system is not provided. Any applicable fee will be communicated before or at the time the appointment is scheduled whenever practical.
We may cancel or reschedule work because of severe weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies, equipment problems, staffing limitations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customer Authorization
By approving an estimate or authorizing work, the customer confirms that they own the property or have authority from the property owner to approve the requested services.
The customer authorizes PEAX Sprinkler Repair to access the portions of the property reasonably necessary to inspect, diagnose, repair, test, or install the sprinkler or irrigation system.
Existing Conditions and Concealed Damage
Sprinkler and irrigation systems may contain concealed, deteriorated, improperly installed, or previously repaired components.
PEAX Sprinkler Repair is not responsible for preexisting conditions or concealed defects that could not reasonably be identified before work began. This may include damaged wiring, buried lines, corroded fittings, root intrusion, improper drainage, low water pressure, unmarked utilities, or defective components elsewhere in the system.
Repairing one component may reveal additional problems or cause another weakened component to fail during normal testing. Additional work will be discussed with the customer when practical.
Landscaping and Property Disturbance
Some services may require digging, removing soil, accessing valve boxes, cutting roots, moving landscaping materials, or temporarily disturbing grass and planting areas.
We will take reasonable care while performing the work, but minor disturbance may be unavoidable. Unless expressly included in the written scope of work, PEAX Sprinkler Repair is not responsible for restoring lawns, sod, plants, hardscaping, decorative materials, or landscaping to their exact previous condition.
Backflow and Irrigation Compliance
The customer is responsible for informing us of any known local, municipal, homeowners’ association, water-district, or permitting requirements that apply to the property.
Inspections, testing, permits, certifications, or upgrades required by a governmental agency or water provider are not included unless expressly stated in the approved estimate.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms stated in the estimate, invoice, or other written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment is due upon completion of the authorized work
Deposits may be required for installations, special-order materials, or larger projects
Additional authorized work may result in additional charges
Returned or declined payments may be subject to applicable fees
Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs as permitted by law
Customers should review invoices promptly and contact us with any billing concerns.
Materials and Replacement Parts
We may use new, compatible, rebuilt, or manufacturer-approved replacement components, depending on availability and the scope of work. Specific brands or models are not guaranteed unless stated in writing.
Parts may vary in appearance, color, configuration, or performance from the original components while remaining suitable for their intended purpose.
Manufacturer warranties, when available, are provided by the manufacturer and remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms and exclusions.
Service Warranties
Any warranty provided by PEAX Sprinkler Repair will be described in the applicable estimate, invoice, or written service agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, warranties do not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Freeze damage or severe weather
Damage caused by landscaping, mowing, excavation, animals, roots, vehicles, or construction
Improper use, adjustment, maintenance, or winterization
Water-pressure problems or changes in the water supply

Work altered or repaired by another person
Preexisting defects or unrelated system failures
Customer-supplied parts
Damage resulting from failure to follow maintenance recommendations
No statement on this website creates a warranty beyond any warranty expressly provided in writing.
